A 1925 photograph of Pen-y-bont (Bridgend) Fire Brigade in South Wales. This was a part professional brigade typical of the time. This  handsome 1932 Dennis Limousine Pump of Edinburgh Fire Brigade was one of the very early examples of an enclosed fire appliance.
